Admerex Selects Tritel and QuandaGo for Contact Center and Automation Services to Support Philippine Government Agencies
Admerex to Provide Cloud-Based Services to Multiple Philippine Government Agencies Beginning in July
Rotterdam and Manila, June 10, 2020 — QuandaGo, a provider of cloud contact center, knowledge management, and intelligent process automation software, and Tritel Communications, a leading provider of telephony, communications and system integration services for BPOs and enterprises, today announced that Admerex Solutions, Inc. (ASI) has selected the QuandaGo Connected Experience Platform to service multiple government agencies in the Philippines.
Admerex, a wholly Filipino-owned Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, will work together with Tritel and QuandaGo to implement the solutions for partner government agencies, with an expected to go live in early July.
For the Government Agencies, Admerex will provide omnichannel customer contact center services, as well as knowledge management and process automation services to drive greater efficiencies and reduce overall customer service costs for the agencies. Specifically, Admerex will leverage the QuandaGo software to provide process automation for common customer service tasks and workflows—using business rules and artificial intelligence. This ranges from automating tasks such as changes of address or account information, after call work and updating of customer records, compliance checks, plus support for the full range of customer interactions channels, such as voice, email, social media, mobile, web, bots, messaging apps, mobile apps, voice apps, and future platforms.
