Would you like to work as a Delivery Manager at one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the Netherlands? Then we are looking for you!

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of products and services for both existing and new customers. The Delivery Manager is a true project manager: you are responsible for creating a delivery plan, estimating project hours together with consultants and developers, creating a schedule, and coordinating the delivery of products and services within scope, deadlines, budget, and quality requirements. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and you also know how to involve the right people internally at the right time during the implementation process. After the implementation, you will continue to be the point of contact for the customer at an operational and tactical level in the role of service manager. You proactively anticipate new developments and advise customers on new solutions.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who strives for maximum customer satisfaction and can translate customer requirements into an implementation plan. You are result-oriented, precise, decisive, and solution-oriented. In addition, we are seeking someone with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer-oriented environment.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language.
  • Hands-on mentality, stress-resistant, analytical, and flexible attitude.
  • Driver’s license B.

Your workplace:

Our office is located in Capelle aan den IJssel at Rivium Quadrant. Although it may not sound very lively, from our office, you have a great view of the Rotterdam skyline and the van Brienenoord Bridge. The office is easily accessible by car, and parking is free. If you don’t have a car, our office is also reachable by public transportation. You are welcome to work at the office every working day if you prefer, but it’s not mandatory! We will provide you with a laptop and a mobile phone, allowing you the freedom to work remotely occasionally. As we value personal connections among our colleagues and prioritize (work) enjoyment, physical presence in the office is desired on our weekly team days.
