As a Delivery Manager you are responsible for the implementation of products and services at existing and new customers. The Delivery Manager is a real project manager: you are responsible for making a delivery plan, you make an estimate of the required project hours together with consultants and developers, you make a planning and coordinate the delivery of the products and services within scope, deadlines, budget and quality requirements. The customer is central, but you also know how to connect the right people internally at the right time to the implementation. After implementation you remain the contact for the customer at operational and tactical level in the role of service manager. You proactively anticipate new developments and advise clients about new solutions.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who strives for maximum customer satisfaction and can translate customer requirements into an implementation plan. You are result oriented, accurate, decisive and and you think in solutions. In addition, we are looking for someone with:
- HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing environment
- Experience with project management
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- Hands-on mentality, stress resistant, analytical and flexible attitude
- Driving Licence B
