QuandaGo is a fast growing European software company looking to disrupt the CX space. After our success in The Netherlands and several other international markets, we are now entering the German market. For this we are looking to strengthen our local sales team with a Sales Consultant. 

About the role?

As a Sales Consultant you are responsible for supporting the local sales team(s) in their efforts to grow the QuandaGo business in the local market. You are an integral part of the local sales team, but can rely on your colleagues in the Netherlands and in the other markets. 

The ambitions of the sales team are big and you have a key role in contributing to these ambitions. Because of your experience you can easily make a flying start and you manage to quickly translate the customer’s needs into a suitable solution. 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a sales-driven team-player with the experience and capabilities to:

  • Postiion the QuandaGo portfolio with target prospects, customers and partners
  • Assist prospects and customers in understanding the benefits of the solution, how it stands out in the market and what impact it can have on the customer’s organization
  • Support the sales executives (and partners) in driving their sales cycles and closing opportunities
  • Work effectively in a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success
  • Manage and drive multiple simultaneous sales cycles effectively
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at Operational and Technical level

About you?

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in the CX space and ideally with SaaS solutions 
  • Affinity with the functions, features and USPs of the QuandaGo platform and be able to effectively communicate these to prospects and customers
  • Strong aptitude to understand the QuandaGo platform and ability to explain complex solutions
  • A self-starter who works well within a strong team culture while independently managing his/her own work
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Native German speaker with good business English language capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with can-do mentality
