The position
As a Senior Cloud Engineer you will work with the most innovative, cloud native, IT solutions in the customer contact industry. You think and contribute to making our SaaS solution scalable so that QuandaGo can grow even better and serve our international customers even better.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you and your team will solve various issues within the product line(s) you are building. Your team is responsible for the complete life cycle of the cloud native product. You realize new features in a thorough manner. You reflect with your colleagues about the best way to deliver components. You have knowledge of designing, configuring, building, testing and maintaining cloud native solutions and you work with operations to roll out new releases and analyze problems and challenges on operational systems. You feel responsible for achieving a positive and agreed result in order to allow our customers and partners to use our platform satisfactorily. You are versatile and the focus can differ per sprint.
Your profile
You feel responsible for achieving a positive and agreed upon result in order for our customers and partners to use our platform satisfactorily. You are broadly deployable, with the focus varying from sprint to sprint.
You put the quality of the product and the needs of the customer first. You have a real passion for your profession and it gives you energy to build beautiful and unique products with like-minded people.
You have experience with:
- experience with Amazon Web Services and possibly other cloud providers
- Supporting and building cloud infrastructure, through infrastructure as code preferably Terraform/Terragrunt
- Containers like Docker/Kubernetes
- Managing Linux based systems
- Continuous Integration/Deployment tools and all the things they integrate with;
- Managing networking in the cloud (VoIP is an advantage)
You have at least a Bachelor degree and you have a demonstrable senior Cloud Ops experience.
