As a Product Manager you understand customer needs like no other and you are able to translate these needs into clear epics. Your aim is to deliver the best result to the scrum team in the most efficient way. As a Product Manager you have an important role within our scale-up organization. Only by delivering a good working product can the ambitions of our dynamic and international organisation be met.

What are we looking for?

Continuously managing and prioritizing the product backlog has no secrets for you. You are familiar with Agile and you manage the scrum team. Good communication skills and leadership skills are indispensable to do your job well. You are able to translate the commercial strategy of QuandaGo and the wishes of the customer into concrete features that can be (functionally) realized by your team. Furthermore, it is important that you speak fluent English, are familiar with stakeholder management and have experience in IT. A bachelor or master degree and 3 to 5 years of work experience are desired.

A day as a Product Manager:

You don’t live from day to day but from sprint to sprint. You start the day with the stand-up of your scrum team. After the stand-up, everyone from the scrum team gets to work on the user stories that will be worked on in the sprint. You deal with the impediments, product backlog, prioritising stakeholders’ wishes and informing stakeholders. You monitor the progress, quality and operation of the products for which you are responsible. You translate customer wishes into user stories and you plan and facilitate scrum events. By holding good retrospectives, your team gets better and better. Mutual trust and a good atmosphere within the team is something you value highly, so you make sure that everyone enjoys their work.
