Former Director of Product at Leading Airline Brings Unique ‘Customer-Side’ Expertise in Digital Experiences, Touchpoint Development, Self-Service, Web, Mobile, and APIs

Rotterdam, January 18, 2021 — QuandaGo, a cloud contact center and process automation software provider, today announced the appointment of Rene Matla as Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this newly formed role, Mr. Matla will drive the development and evolution of the QuandaGo Connected Experience platform, including next generation ‘digital-first’ products and integrated solutions with technology partners. Mr. Matla is also responsible for managing the company’s Engineering and DevOps teams, and serves as a member of the Executive management team.

Today, QuandaGo offers an ‘all-in-one’ platform for omnichannel contact centers, knowledge management and process automation, serving customers in the retail & direct-to-consumer, financial services, travel & logistics, BPO, utilities and local government sectors. 

Matla Brings Deep Digital CX Development Experience

Mr. Matla joins QuandaGo as CPO following 15 years in product development leadership roles at leading global airline Air France-KLM, including digital B2C product development for web customer engagement, mobile applications, self-service kiosks, and APIs & integrations. Mr. Matla also brings deep experience in customer touchpoint development and building highly scalable products, launching key digital customer channels and self-service applications during a time of rapid innovation not only for Air France-KLM, but the travel & airline industry as a whole. Mr. Matla will leverage his experience in driving effective technology alliances and partner development strategies to expand upon and build QuandaGo’s ecosystem of solution partners and integrations.
