QuandaGo Expands Leadership Team to Support International Expansion
Genesys Contact Center Veteran Michel van Roon Appointed as Global Sales Director and Patrick van Eerden Appointed Head of Finance
Rotterdam, March 31, 2020 — QuandaGo, a cloud customer experience software provider. today announced the executive appointments of Michel van Roon as Global Sales Director and Patrick van Eerden as head of Finance to support the company’s ongoing international expansion efforts.
Michel van Roon Apppointed Global Sales Director
Michel van Roon, who previously served QuandaGo as a strategic advisor, has extensive experience in international roles at both hardware and software providers, including Genesys. With a background in business economics, Van Roon has focused both on contact center growth and revenue expansion opportunities in adjacent markets, including workflow and process automation, and will work closely with both QuandaGo customers and partners.

Patrick van Eerden Appointed Head of Finance
As part of today’s announcement, Patrick van Eerden has been appointed to head of finance at QuandaGo. Patrick has played a key role in bringing the three companies that together have formed QuandaGo—Vanad Aloha, Morphis and Artificial Industry—since July of 2019. With a background in business administration, Van Eerden previously worked for KPMG and VodafoneZiggo, among others, and brings extensive experience as a finance leader in the field of post-acquisition integrations.
